Terms & Conditions

Credit Card:

A credit card is required as a guarantee. The property reserves the right to pre-authorise & charge the credit card prior to arrival.

Should the card decline, they also reserve the right to advise of this accordingly and request cancellation of the booking within the cancellation policy.

Cancellations:

In case of cancellation the following applies:

For reservations made on our hotels website or direct with the hotel, the Cancellation policy is...

Within 48 hours of arrival: Guest to receive 50% refund.

Cancellation outside of that period: Guest to receive full refund. The refund will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

For reservations made directly via Booking.com and Airbnb, their own cancellation policy applies, depending on the contractual agreements with you and those suppliers as stipulated by them on the confirmation they send you.

Our right to cancel your reservation:

PHP Accommodation reserves the right to cancel any reservation, regardless of whether a confirmation email has been received by you.

If a reservation is made within seven days before the reservation is due to commence, PHP Accommodations reserves the right to cancel any reservation up to 3.00pm on the day prior to the commencement of the reservation.

PHP Accommodation is not under any obligation to offer an explanation for the cancellation, but reasons may include, but are not limited to, any overbooking of the property or system error.

Where PHP Accommodations cancels your reservation pursuant to this, we will return to you any payment you have made to us via the original payment method used by you.

Cancellation for reasons beyond control of the Accommodation Provider:

Without limitation, if, for reasons beyond the control of PHP Accommodation including, but not limited to, acts of God, civil disorder, acts of war, strikes, or labour disputes, PHP Accommodation is unable to meet their terms under any agreement, this will not amount to non-performance of any contract and PHP Accommodation may terminate their terms hereunder without further liability of any nature to you or PHP Accommodation.

Should circumstances as outlined above arise, PHP Accommodation will refund to you any deposit or the full cost of any prepaid advance booking made, via the original method used for payment.

Non-Arrival:

In the event of a guest/reservation non-arrival (no-show), the full value of the prepayment of the reservation will be non-refundable and the reservation will be cancelled by us.

Special Requests:

Any special requests you have submitted with your booking should relate to your reservation and are likely to be addressed on the day of your arrival. If you have any more pressing requests, we would suggest you contact the hotel directly by email or phone prior to arrival. We cannot guarantee all requests will be met.

Car Park:

The car park is operated and maintained by a third party which is independent of PHP Accommodation. PHP Accommodation offers no warranty of any kind nor any indemnity as to the protection or safety of any vehicle left in the car parks, or any goods left within any vehicle parked there. Without limitation to clause above, the use of the car parks is entirely at your own risk. PHP Accommodation accept no liability in respect of:
any loss, destruction, damage, or theft of or from the vehicle or any contents of the vehicle; or subject to, death or personal injury sustained by you and/or any other person.

Damage and loss:

PHP Accommodation reserves the right to charge guests for the cost of rectifying or cleaning any damage which has been caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless acts of guests to the hotel’s property or structure. This right to charge will also apply to loss of earnings and/or profit where the damage is of such a nature that the room is unable to be let to other guests. This right to charge will also apply where any item from the hotel room is removed or lost.

If such damage or loss is discovered during the stay it will be drawn to the guest’s attention but, if discovered after guests have departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit / debit card, or send an invoice for the costs for payment to the guest’s registered address.

We will make every effort to rectify or clean any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to carry out the work, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that guests would incur to a minimum.

Smoking Policy:

PHP Accommodation operates a strict no smoking policy in their premises. Guests shall be liable for any costs, loss of earnings and/or profit or damage to the property or premises, arising from failure to comply with this policy and PHP Accommodation reserves the right to charge a specialist cleaning fee to any guest who violates the non-smoking policy.

PHP Accommodation may change any aspect of this site or its content, including the availability of any suppliers, features, information, or other content, at any time and without notice. The information and prices on this site are not ‘live’ and are updated periodically. While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of all information and prices, regrettably, errors do occasionally occur. Where a price or information is posted incorrectly due to a technical or human error, we shall not be bound by such price. The prices and any discounts shown on this site are applicable to 360 Stay only

We ask that guests who are arriving or returning to the property late at night, are mindful of noise and of their fellow guests sleeping in the building.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of Ireland.
