Pet Policy

The following guidelines define our pet policies for the properties within the 360 Stay collection.

Eligibility

·         We welcome small dogs to our studio apartments at 360 Town Stay Studios. Dogs are not permitted in other 360 Town Stay apartments, 360 Wolfe Stay or, 360 Mitchell Street House Stay.

·         Generally, a small pet is considered to weigh less than 22lbs or be shorter than 16 inches.

·         One pet is allowed per property only.

·         Guests are required to notify us in advance if they intend to bring a dog.

During Your Stay

·         Pet owners must not leave the property unaccompanied by their pets.

·         Pets must be kept on a leash in the public areas of the building and should never be left unattended.

·         Owners are obliged to clean up after their pets during walks close to the property and in local areas.

·         If a pet causes disturbance that affects the comfort and well-being of other guests, the pet will be required to be removed from the building.

Pet Amenities

·         Pet owners must bring their own food and bedding. Pets are required to sleep in their own beds and are not allowed on the bed or sofa of the accommodation. Extra cleaning fees may apply if we are unable to remove pet hairs from these furnishings.

·         Our beautiful surroundings, such as the Waterford Greenway, Walton Park, and nearby beaches, are available for pet walks.

Liability and Damages

·         When checking in, pet owners agree to adhere to the pet policies of the property, to be responsible for any damage or injury caused by the pet, and to absolve the accommodation providers of any liability if the pet or another guest is injured.

·         Pets must be clean and on flea medication prior to arrival.

·         A €100.00 refundable deposit will be requested ahead of your arrival,  if there is evidence of the pet having slept on the bed or sofa or if the pet soils in the room or public areas of the property, we retain the right to keep the deposit.
